The rooms are spacious and feature a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe, which is really convenient. the bed is super comfy and comes with hypo-allergenic pillows. the hotel's central location is very close to all the trains, buses, and Rome's central station.

The hotel was reasonably large, with very good and amicable staff and particularly good location so close to the city center. Location: the property was just off train station and the rome termini. The stay was really great.

Everything was as described and offered, with a mind-blowing staff. The breakfast, though normal, had great coffee options so you can drink any type of coffee. The towels were changed daily, and the reception staff were super knowledgeable on any topic. We were pleasantly surprised by the nice room after the reconstruction of the old building. The check-out process was smooth, and the location was convenient, with a working lift and easy access to buses, taxis, and the metro. The hotel was clean, with a large room and clean bathroom. The interesting decor and old-style lift added to the charm. we were jaw-dropped by the excellent service and quality in this three-star hotel.

The hotel was great, liked courtyard view from our double room. the location was good for traveling around Rome, near to the train station, and Roma Termini. - We stayed for 3 nights here, loved Central district. Overall, Hotel Palestro Palace was a fantastic choice for our stay in Rome. We enjoyed the courtyard view from our lovely double room and found the location to be convenient for getting around the city, being close to the train station and Roma Termini. Spending three nights in the hotel was great, especially with its location in the Central district that we loved.

We stayed in a hotel near Termini terminal, close to good restaurants, bus routes, and the Metro - perfect location for exploring the city. Our room was nice, clean and spacious with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. Breakfast was basic, with limited options, juice and coffee from a machine. the view wasn't pleasant, and the curtains didn't block out enough sunlight. One of the downsides was the room's basic amenities, no new towels or change of bedding, and the heating system was noisy.

Homely atmosphere and great coffee. The staff was friendly and helpful. I particularly appreciated the daily towel change and the prompt communication from the reception staff. The location near Termini terminal was convenient for exploring the city. I'd recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Rome.

The proximity to restaurants and transportation was definitely a plus during my Christmas stay. the comfortable beds made it easy to rest after a long day exploring the city. the breakfast had a good selection of pastries and fruits to choose from.
The rooms were a bit outdated and could have used some renovations. the shower facilities were not the best and hot water was hard to come by.

Andrew
Great location near transportation and restaurants. Room was comfortable and staff was helpful and knowledgeable.
Nothing to dislike.

our stay at this hotel was a delightful surprise. after previous experiences in rome, we didn't expect much, but Palestro Palace exceeded our expectations. the newly renovated room was impressive, the breakfast had a good variety, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our honeymoon.
Shower leaked water everywhere.

The hotel had a bar where I could drown my sorrows, and free WiFi so I could complain about my stay on social media. Also, apparently there's a continental breakfast, but I never woke up in time to see it.
Who needs pets or service animals anyway? Not this posh hotel, apparently.

The room was so cozy and comfortable with premium bedding, making it perfect for a good night's sleep. I loved having the convenience of a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the room. The free WiFi in the room was a lifesaver for staying connected with family and friends back home. The fridge and kettle in the room were a nice touch, allowing me to store and prepare snacks and beverages. The private bathroom with free toiletries and a hair dryer was a huge plus, making me feel pampered and well-taken care of.
Personally, I found the shower to be a bit small and cramped.
